• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and business growth
• Handle ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from senior management and shareholders

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and presentation creation
• Strong skills in data-driven decision-making and clear communication
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• High proficiency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian language skills are a plus
• Experience in fast-paced working environments
