  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence 
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive first impression 
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team 
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office-related tasks 
  • Handle basic documentation and record-keeping 

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Fluency in English and Azerbaijani (both written and spoken) is essential 
  • Russian is an advantage 
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Understanding of corporate etiquette and professional standards 
  • High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
