SMM Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
• Manage advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to achieve marketing goals.
• Stay up to date with current social media trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Respond to followers’ comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SMM Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and advertising platforms.
• Creative mindset with strong visual and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).

Conditions:

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Salary: 800 AZN
• Workplace: Baku
