We’re looking for a team member to join our growing logistics company — someone who can keep our office running smoothly. If you’re organized, proactive, and eager to grow alongside a fast-moving business — we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing office calls;
  • Manage all office supply purchases (stationery, equipment, etc.);
  • Ensure the office is tidy, functional, and well-equipped;
  • Coordinate courier services and manage deliveries;
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and documents;
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed;
  • Assist in prepping materials for meetings or presentations.
Tələblər:

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Language skills: Fluent Azerbaijani, good English, and good Russian;
  • Attention to details and ability to multitask;
  • Previous experience in office administration or as an assistant is a plus.
