Location: Pik Palace and Park Chalet Hotel (Gusar-Shahdag)

Responsibilities:

• Carry out employee recruitment, position changes, terminations, and other operations in compliance with labor legislation.
• Enter HR-related notifications into the EMAS electronic system.
• Prepare and maintain employee personal files.
• Draft and monitor HR-related documents in accordance with legal requirements.
• Support other HR operational processes.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a relevant field (hospitality industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and the Labor Code.
• Proficiency in working with the EMAS system.
• Competence in using MS Office programs.
• High sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment.
