- Support the implementation of the overall social media strategy in alignment with marketing objectives;
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging;
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms (text, visuals, short-form video, etc.);
- Monitor social media channels and actively engage with the audience, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner;
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement;
- Assist in the execution and optimization of paid social media campaigns;
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and emerging best practices;
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, marketing) to ensure cohesive campaign execution;
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation;
- Support influencer collaborations and digital partnerships where applicable;
- Manage and develop the company’s social media presence, engaging content and support marketing activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and attracting potential clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing;
- Solid understanding of major social media platforms and their functionalities;
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer);
- Written and verbal communication skills in English (not mandatory);
- Basic understanding of paid social media advertising;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
