Responsibilities:

• Receiving and recording incoming calls and forwarding them to the team.
• Providing information about the company's products and services.
• Documenting customer inquiries and requests.
• Processing customer queries effectively.

Requirements:

• Fluent and professional communication in English is mandatory.
• Ability to handle stress, strong self-management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capability to work in a team, adhere strictly to deadlines, and handle a multi-functional work environment.
• Preparedness for managing high volumes of tasks.
• Clear pronunciation, good diction, and polite communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs.
• The ability to work during the night shift, taking calls and forwarding them to team members.
• The position is fully remote—employees will handle calls from home or any quiet location.
• Working hours: 5:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Compensation:

• Salary: 700 AZN, plus an additional 2 AZN bonus for every recorded and processed task.
