Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all HR-related documentation complies with internal policies and legal requirements;
  • Guarantee timely and accurate reporting to senior management and government bodies;
  • Implement best and most up-to-date HR practices;
  • Identify and meet staff training and development needs;
  • Ensure smooth operation of the ERP system related to HR functions;
  • Supervise and manage all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, training and development, payroll/benefits administration, legal compliance, teamwork, employee relations and contracts, performance evaluations, employee compensation and safety, employment procedures, general HR management and support;
  • Provide support and guidance to the General Manager, management team, and all staff;
  • Develop, implement, and manage procedures and programs related to employee management to maintain a positive, productive, fair, and healthy work environment across the hotel;
  • Conduct interviews and manage recruitment processes.
Tələblər:

Candidate Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field;
  • In-depth knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Advanced understanding of HR management, functions, and procedures;
  • Strong proficiency in 1C and MS Office programs;
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani and English;
  • Good command of Russian.
