We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure efficient administrative processes within the HR function. This role is ideal for candidates at the early stage of their HR career who are eager to develop in a dynamic and professional environment.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, coordination, employee files)
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments on HR administrative matters
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data
  • Track employee attendance, leave records, and absences
  • Assist in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, communication with candidates)
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation in compliance with company policies
  • Support HR team with reporting and internal data analysis
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR processes and policies

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage)
