Vəzifə öhdəlikləri:
  • Carrying out operations in the EMAS and ISB portals
  • Recruitment, termination, transfer, promotion of employees in accordance with the Labor Code; preparation of employee files; monitoring electronic employment contract approvals
  • Maintain and update HR documentation, contracts, and policies in line with Azerbaijani regulations
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Supporting office administration process
  • Preparation and registration of reference letters, HR-related correspondence, etc.
  • Preparing HR and other office administration tasks
Tələblər:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience
  • Solid knowledge of payroll and HR administration.
  • Strong command of the Azerbaijani Labor Code and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong command of spoken and written Azeri and English
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Strong communication and team working skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
