Job Description: 

• Registry of daily visitors and employees 
• Taking notes of client requests and passing to the management 
• Answering phone calls 
• Following reception desk procedures and operation manual 
• Responsible for general security of the building  
• To be able to follow emergency procedures (in case of fire, force major situation, etc.) 
• 4 days per week work schedule (work by shifts) 

Job Requirements: 

• Former experience in similar job 
• Good knowledge of Azeri and English  
• To be disciplined and able to work within team 
• 2 shifts job (to be able to work at night shift as well) 
• Net salary 600 AZN per month
