Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Terms: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and necessary information to the visitors
  • Plan conferences and meetings for the staff
  • Internal documentation management
  • Registration and issuance of incoming and outgoing documents;
  • Preparation of letters;
  • Track requests for payment and send payment to accounting for processing
  • Maintain and update contact lists and other office-oriented documents as needed
  • Assist in other matters and responsibilities as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor`s Degree
  • Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages
  • Willingness to adapt to and learn quickly
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
